These days, less people are opting for the traditional ‘Christening’ to mark the occasion. Instead, families are choosing a less formal, more celebratory ‘naming ceremony!’
These can be a lot fun and very inclusive for siblings and other relatives. You can still have ‘Godparents’ though you may choose to call them ‘Guardian Angels’ or even ‘Good Parents’.
Every family has a different outlook on this type of ceremony and they are extremely popular! You can reflect your own beliefs, whatever they may be.
We can host your naming ceremony at your home, in a park or in a hired venue and it doesn’t have to be just for babies. This type of celebration is suitable for older children or to welcome adopted children or step-children into the family unit.
